Hello and welcome!
This is a place for people buying a home in and around Hyderabad to help each other. Ask about a project, an area or a document, share what you saw on a site visit, or find other buyers to negotiate with as a group.
A few things to know
- There is no account and no sign-in. Press Start a Discussion or Reply and you post under a random name, like Quiet Kingfisher 27. The name stays on your browser, so you can come back and edit your posts.
- Pick a category when you start a discussion, so the right people see it.
- When you quote a record (a RERA filing, a master plan, a land record), say where it came from and when you checked it. Records change.
- Anonymous does not mean anything goes. Share what you saw and what the records show, not rumours about people or builders. Posts that cross the line are removed.
- Be kind. Everyone here is spending a lot of money and is a little nervous about it.
If something on the website looks wrong, post it in Using BuyBloc. We read every post.
