How to ask a question that gets good answers

The best questions here have three things:

Where. The locality, and the project or village if you know it.
What you already checked. For example "the RERA filing says 32 floors, the brochure says 35".
What you are deciding. "Should I pay the booking amount this week?" gets better answers than "Is this good?"

Please do not post phone numbers, PAN or Aadhaar numbers, or sale deed scans with personal details. Cover them before you share a document.

Point 2 is underrated. Half the questions in other groups are answered by the RERA page itself.
