Last year 12 families bought together in one project. What worked:
- We agreed on one spokesperson and one shared list of questions.
- We asked for the price per sq ft in writing, with what is included (parking, club house, corpus).
- Everyone paid the booking amount in the same week, which is what the builder wanted.
- We kept a shared sheet of flat numbers so nobody competed for the same flat.
We got a lower rate than the launch price and the floor-rise charge was dropped for the group.
