Clever Songbird 35 Not necessarily. 1,650 is the super built-up area: your flat plus a share of corridors, lifts, the club house and so on. Carpet area is the floor inside your walls. A loading of 30% or so is common in high-rises.
Careful Swan 74 Always compare projects on carpet area and price per carpet sq ft. The brochure numbers are not comparable between builders.
